Take a pretty big History Channel and pour in an English university professor who knows our country, and our cuisine, inside out. Mix well and cook on Sky, channel 407 or 408. Add a pinch, or two, of culture, a generous dose of humor, and drizzle everything with plenty of historical curiosities. Let it simmer for about an hour. The perfect dish for a Friday night.
